The Enterprise Access offer, for key accounts and public procurement, is on quotation.

The price of an OmnicastVR licence depends on two criteria: the number of VR headsets controlled simultaneously from one machine (2, 5, 10 or 16) and the commitment period (no commitment, or 1 year). The one-year commitment lowers the monthly price by 30% and is paid upfront.

Is the OmnicastVR licence billed per headset or per machine?

Per machine. An OmnicastVR licence is tied to the computer or tablet that controls the headsets, never to a headset. You can therefore replace or add headsets at no cost, within the limit of your plan (up to 16 headsets per machine).

Yes. The OmnicastVR Free plan lets you control up to 2 VR headsets, free of charge and with no time limit, without a credit card. It includes session control and supervision, APK installation, the offline licence for up to 30 days and the Analytics dashboard. Support is provided by email, tutorials and videos.

What is the difference between OmnicastVR Direct Access and Enterprise Access?

Direct Access is subscribed online by credit card, in fixed tiers (Omni5, Omni10, Omni16), with no commitment or with a one-year commitment. Enterprise Access is on quotation: the exact number of headsets from 3 to 16 per machine, payment by bank transfer, purchase order or administrative mandate, optional 2- or 3-year commitment, Organization Manager, priority support with a dedicated contact, security audits and SLA.

Does OmnicastVR have hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. OmnicastVR has no activation fee, no per-session cost and no per-headset cost. Updates are included. The only paid option is the Direct Access onboarding package (€99 or €199), which is optional.

Are OmnicastVR software updates included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All minor and major OmnicastVR updates are included at no extra cost, in every plan, for the whole duration of the licence.

Does the OmnicastVR licence work without internet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once activated, the OmnicastVR licence works offline for up to 30 days, in every plan. It suits training rooms without internet, industrial sites and remote locations.

Question 9

Can an OmnicastVR licence be used on several computers?

Accepted Answer

No. An OmnicastVR licence is tied to the computer on which it was installed and cannot be used on another one. Each additional computer needs its own licence.

Can I change my OmnicastVR plan during my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With Direct Access, you can move to a higher or lower plan at any time (for example from Omni5 to Omni10), directly from the OmnicastVR portal.

How do I cancel an OmnicastVR subscription?

Accepted Answer

OmnicastVR subscriptions are managed by Stripe. With no commitment, you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. With a one-year commitment, a cancelled subscription ends on its renewal date. In both cases, the licence automatically switches back to the Free plan (2 headsets).

Direct Access is paid by credit card via Stripe; invoices are available in the account's Stripe area. Enterprise Access is paid by bank transfer, purchase order or administrative mandate; for public procurement, a key account manager handles the order directly.
